My company Marty Marie started in Pasadena, California. Blending Interior Design and Massage Therapy to create my first product, the Wellness Bag. Heat therapy made with upcycled designer fabrics supplied by LA's finest textile companies. You can find my heat therapy products in over 30 Whole Foods in Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. The fabric is now 100% Organic Cotton.
What I love about Marty Marie is I'm constantly learning. About marketing, sales, customer service, product development, consumer trends, and the most challenging task, the packaging. Which is a tenacious, ever present work in progress. However I actually like the challenge. It fits my personality.
So what am I up to? In early August I launched Totes made with upcycled fabric. All one-of-a-kind. They are sold on Etsy. I'm currently marketing my Totes to boutiques nationwide. In September you will see the candles with a new look, same aromas. I'm also developing a delicious body care product to be released by the end of the year. And of course I'm preparing for the Holiday season starting in October. This is my favorite time of year because I get to smell Cinnamon Spice 24-7.
